Registration opens April 14. Spots are filling up quickly, do don’t delay your registration
Space for the Music Together Class is limited to 12 students. We take enrollment on a first come first serve basis. Your child must be potty trained in order to enroll. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend each day with their children.
TO REGISTER: Download and print the Application & Medical Release. Mail all five pages along with your registration fee to the Green Lake Church, attn. Summer Music Academy; 6350 East Green Lake Way North, Seattle, WA 98103. The tuition balance is due on or before June 1, 2008. If you have a need for financial assistance or know of a family that would like to attend but is unable to financially contribute, please call Pastor David Wood (206) 522-1330.
Families with 3 or more children will receive a 20% discount after the 2^nd child registering.

Tuition and Fees

Registration Fee (ages 3 to 18) $50.00

This $50 nonrefundable fee guarantees your child a space in the summer school. Included with this fee is a free T-shirt. Due with registration.
Tuition (ages 6 to 18) $200.00

Tuition fees are due by June 1, 2008, and payable to Green Lake Church of Seventh-day Adventists. Check in daily at 8:30 A.M.
Music Together Tuition (ages 3 to 5) $125.00

Information
- Music Academy Hours: 8:30 A.M. to 3 P.M. for Academy Students. Please pick up your child promptly by 3 P.M. We do not have before or after child care available. No early drop off. Use 64^th street entrance only
- Each student will need to bring her or his own sack lunch daily along with a bottle of water.
- Music Together Hours: 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. Use 64^th street entrance only.
- Based on experience, students will be placed in one of the A.M. or P.M. ensembles (up to two): Orchestra, Voice Choirs, or Bells. Electives will be worked into the schedule for each child.
- Current Green Lake Youth Orchestra members are required to enroll in the orchestra portion of the day.
- On August 16, there will be group performances that involve all students. Times will be announced.
- Each child registered will receive a free T-shirt and snacks. Please have your child wear their T-shirts the first day and on T-shirt day (TBA).
- We will do our best to accommodate each child interests in a particular class depending on enrollment. Your child’s schedule will be mailed to you the week prior to camp.
- Medical Release forms must be filled out prior to the beginning of the session. These are posted online or mailed to you upon receipt of registration.

2008 Tax Statements
